sorry if im stepping on peoples toes for asking a dumb question...but i messed up. I didnt have enough space on my hard drive to create the last two of three bin files, with vcdxbuild. I cleared up some space, but when i try to recover i get file not found. I turned off dvd ripping as stated in the guide, and still get that error. I was able to create the second one because the xml file is still there. But the third xml file is no where to be found. My question is , am i going to have to start all over, or is there a way to create an xml file and create that third bin file. or do i even need to create an xml file...sorry for the noob question but im just trying to learn. Thanx for any help in advance.

delete your .vobs at this stage to get more room. Just 'Recover' from the muxing-authoring stage.

i tried deleting the .vobs. thanx though. i have enough room now, and even though i unchecked activate dvd ripping, i still get "File not Found" when i try to recover.

Is the ifo file still there? If not, put a dummy one where the old one was and you will be able to recover.

Or, alternatively, you could use IFOEdit to recreate the IFO from the VOBs, if you don't have the DVD handy for some reason...

thanx everyone for the help. I tried a third way and it worked. i opened up the restor file... .d2s i believe it is and i erased the line that refered to the ifo file and that seemed to work. but thanx for all the quick replies. it is much appreciated.
