can,t load audio file !!!!

hi lads.. .do not seem to have problems with ntsc films ,but untold grief with pal !!tried quite a few now all seems o.k till i get to gear pro..go to import media files.video o.k
but the sound always comes back with..
" cannot locate a frame sync word at an expected byte offset
0xc1070042"
at it won,t load whatever i try!!

the settings in TMPG are.

stream... mpeg2 video

aspect.... 4.3 and tryed 16.9

frame rate...25 fps

rate....... auto vbr cdvbr

encode .... non interlace

yuv..... 4.2.0

motion search.... fast

gop structure.....................

no of i pics....1
no of p pics....4
no of b pics....2
sequence header..1
with force film and without force film....

PPPPPPPPPlease lads where am i going wrong or is the method wrong altogether? been on this for weeks now
and the only probs i get are with pal

since you are using Gear Pro, i assume you are not trying to make a DVD?
