DVDMaestro error loading up: Encoders not found

The entire message when staring up Maestro which I just got and installed on XP Pro yesterday is "No encoders were found so you will not be able to use realtime preview." I know I WANT to have realtime preview. Do I need to download some kind of encoder pack or is there some kind of file in DVDMaestro that I need to install in order to get this work. Don't want to have to encode the whole movie to have to find out what isn't working. Everything else works fine, think I'm gonna love this.

Of the 5 buttons above on the forum, click on "Search". When the search page comes up, search for the words "Maestro realtime preview" and you will find your answer. FYI, this is not an advanced DVD authoring question. ;)
