5.1 vorbis = dynamic compression ???

should i use azid dynamic compression when doing 5.1 vorbis sound ?

i was wondering if playback of 5.1 would trigger another dynamic compression and therefor dynamic compress the sound twice.

or is this dynamic compression AC3 specific amnd not 5.1 specific ?
