Rather than listing my system specs, I can tell you that the 700Athlon is better in every single aspect to the celeron.
I run some light programs int he back ground, like winamp and some messenger stuff, but encoding time averages around 15 hours.
Doing another longer file on the 533 celeron, with the same programs, is telling me only about 12 hours.
and the celeron is doing a file 1/5 longer!
I don't understand.
BTW. The celeron has the plus versino installed while the athlon as the free version. Could that be why? Or are the AMD optimizations just not so great?
