I was wondering if anybody could give me some help. I have a 1 GHz/512MB, 80GB HDD system. When I run CCE 2.64, the system processes the file for a little while (about 40%) then causes my W2K system to blue screen. This is new to me since whenever I try running other demanding applications I do not have this kind of problems. Any insight would be most greatly appreciated :-)

Other demanding applications? There is not much that is as demanding as a MPEG encoder. If you turn on the TASK MANAGER, you will see that the processor runs at 100% of its capacity 99.9% of the time. For me, a typical 3-pass VBR run takes about 7-8 hours (depending on the filters applied) and runs the processor at MAX for this period. Are you overclocking or anything? Does your motherboard have a processor temperature monitor? I suspect that your system is just crashing from overheating.
