Who's got I-Author manual?

There is no such manual. I've searched it very hard for long time. But meanwhile I can use it very, very well(perhaps 99%) without manual. Nevertheless I recommend you to use VCDEasy instand. It is easier and if you've learned the xml syntax of VCDImage, it is more flexible and powerful!
Only when you want to create karaoke svcd with highlited, switchable subtitles you must use I-Author without substitute. At that time I'll help you(for karaoke svcd with I-Author).
