How to select default audio?

I just finished my first DVD backup, i selected only the main movie and two languages (for audio and subtitles). When i play the disc in the standalone player it selects by default the english stream and activates english subtitles.
How can i made by default thar the selected stream was spanish language and with no subtitles?.
