scenarist missing second subtitle

I've re-authored a DVD in Scenarist and everything seems fine, except the second subtitle stream which doesn't play in the finished project. Any ideas how to sort this out? Both subtitle streams are English (one for the main audio one for the Commentry). I've checked the IFO and there is no reference to the second sub stream.

This must be a simple fix, but for the life of me I can't work it out.

I can now get Power DVD to recognise that there is a second subtitle stream, but when I choose it, it selects the first stream (ie it shows two streams but is only playing the first whatever I do.

Please, if anyone has any ideas about this I would be most gratefull. It's driving me nuts

Maybe you should make a subtitle menu. I'm not sure, but isn't that giving your (software-)player the info about two streams being present? And I definitely think you should name the streams differently.
