A little prog to transfer d2f chapter points to Maestro

Well, I always admired all these folks out there giving their best for free for this magnificent hobby of ours. I don't know programming in C or similar language so I can't contribute in this field. However I do know lots about database management and Xcell macros and when the opportunity knocked my door I just opened.

Attached, when approved, u will find a xcell worksheet that translates the frame numbers from Scenchap to a Maestro .chp file. Included r the detailed instructions of how to. The file is locked with an included password for safeguard reasons.
