Anyone have a link for this program? Sounds like it could be of some quite good use to me and others here. Using this could help people understand problems that someone else is having when trying to encode with xvid, such as too high of a quant matrix, etc.
Also if anyone here knows xml is it possible to break the data up into tables to correspond with each settings box? So that the information is grouped similar to what it would look like in the encoder gui?
I can see this as having a positive impact for those of us that are trying to backup dvd's that others have already done with great success. Maybe it's possible for someone to create a site where "xvid profiles" for each movie is collected with photo examples of the resulting output.
Is it possible to do this in reverse? To use an xml settings profile and set the encoder to that profile? If so this would be the best tool yet to work with xvid.
