Is there a tool that will take a .vob file and compress it... so it takes up less space? (But is still playable as a vob file after compression)

A VOB file is already MAXIMALLY compressed.

VOB ziper :)

That would be something :) The only way to compress the VOB is to use rempeg or CCE method with reauthoring. :D
