Ifoedit multiangle problem.

I have a problem that I cant seem to fix, it involves a multiangle movie. I rip the movie with dvddecrypter to rip the files, and I load up the movie ifo in ifoedit, click vob extras, check remove angles keeping angle 1, and check Adjust angle pointers, and the problem is it makes chapters 2 and 3 to chapters 4 and 5 thus throwing off all the chapters, same shit happens when i rip just the pgc with angle one and check remove angle pointers, anyone know how to fix.

please help this has been bothering me like crazy.

Shit, could be an issue with the enhancements for splitting a DVD.
I'll check this, and try to fix that problem for the next release.
