Help with Subtitles & Original Menu (Vobedit and Ifoedit)

I want to keep original menu from a dvd but remove some subtitles.

I have used CCE to downsample the video and Subrip to rip the sub.
I have generated the Vob with DVDMaestro.

Is it possible to relink button of subtitles menu to subtitles generated by Maestro ?

In exemple : i have removed 3 of 5 subtitles available and i want to relink the buttons of the 3 who have been ripped (in the subtitles menu) to the first subtible.
