I've looked around, but haven't found any really useful information. I'm trying to get dvd chaptering to line up with my svcds. My stand alone dvd player has problems with the bin/cue files created with DVD2SVCD, but has no problems if I create them using VCDEasy. I use Chapter-X-tracter to read the IFO, but it seems like timing is just a bit off, especially when dealing with 2 or 3 disc svcds. And probably complicating matters, is the 5 second offset I use when creating my svcds.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Rob

You should post your log file so we can take a look at that first off, and added to that you shouldn't use anything but the default movie offset which is set at "2". The only time you would change that is if you are having trouble with your synch is that what your doing?

What will the log file tell me or do for me?
If move than a 2 second offset should not be used, then why allow values greater, if this causes a problem?

Just post your log, so we can see what version and what settings you are using.
Without this we have to look at our crystal balls to help you, and mine is a bit confused right now, probably because of the end of the summertime in Germany, it has to be re-adjusted now.
