whats the difference between "disc at once" and"session at once"?
which one should i use for burning DVD's?

You should always use DAO, since Session At Once is a multi-session standard, and your player (unless it's a PC DVD ROM drive) will more than likely spit the disk back in your face. Stick to Disk At Once using UDF/ISO mode.

To be honest, this should have been posted in the DVD-burning forum, but I don't have the moderator rights to move anything out of General Discussion, so I'll leave that to Ookami if he feels it necessary.
