I capture mpeg2 files using ati aiw 8500 and I have a file that is 3.52GB which is fine for authoring. Unfortunately dvdit pe shows the uotput as too big. When I convert to pcm audio it will actually be too big. But when I convert to DD the end size result it usually a little smaller than the original video file size. Example 3.52 video file = 4.74 dvd volume using pcm audio. 3.78 when using dolby digital.
My question is how do I set the project size in dvdit pe 2.5?
I have tried (5.0GB) in the other size box. and I have tried to put alot of different ways to input what I want but it always converts back to cd (650MB). Please give me the exact letter for letter example of what to input into the project size "OTHER" input box?
