'The Matrix' settings....

HI,
Im tried to encode 'the matrix' which didnt go so well. The movie itserlf is 136 min. Im wondering if anyone has any suggestions to what I should set the settting too, especially the bitrate. Im trying to fit the movie on 2 cd's only. Last time I tried to encode, 1 .mpg was 805mb, which was fine, the other one was over 1gb, which is bad since I couldnt fit it onto a 800mb cdr. :(

You must at least let us know what programs you will use.

it is possible to put the movie just on one cd-r(80min) in a good and acceptable quality, if the movie is ntsc.

If you eve don't know with which progr. to do the encoding, I suggest CCE 2.50/2.66 in 1 pass cq-vbr. See the thread above.

You should post your question in other forums (2x DVD2SVCD).
The experts here dont have so much experience with dvd2svcd like the people there. But I've posted some suggestions above.
