MP3 to AC3 or DTS

What I want to do, is to convert my MP3 or WAV files on HD to AC3 or DTS and birn them to DVD-R. Who can adwise me way it can be done?

BeSweet can do this. Although I'm not sure why you'd want to use an MP3 since it will probably be quite lossy... unless you don't have access to the original.

What I am trying to do is to make big music mix on DVD-R Media. My DVD Player is not capable to play MP3.On CD you can fit only
20-25 tracks. That is why I want to place a lot of music tracks on one DVD-R disc.
On the BeSweet web site I can not find particular tutorial how to do
That. This is reason why I am asking you this question.

I will wary appreciate any dissent help.
