Ok, Kiffy, since you're new, I'll give you a break, but please note that when you signed up as a Doom9 member, you should have read the rules ( http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm )- and that includes:
"1a) Use the search function before posting. Chances are your question has already been answered"
Posting the following text into the forum search function ( http://forum.doom9.org/search.php?s= ):
temporal references in gop are out of sequence
You would have got the following results (amongst others):
http://forum.doom9.org/search.php?s=&action=showresults&searchid=376990&sortby=lastpost&sortorder=descending
http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=26043&highlight=temporal+references+in+gop+are+out+of+sequence
If the above threads don't give you enough information, then by all means repost here with your further questions, but please do take the time to read the above threads thoroughly beforehand. A possible (though please note - I CANNOT VOUCH FOR THIS!!!) workaround MIGHT be found here:

That having being said, WELCOME to DOOM9's forum! :D We are here to help you and to share ideas and techniques. Have fun!

ReMPEG is ok, but don't forget that many people on these forums find that Cinemacraft encoder gives better results, and it is less likely to give you problems with Maestro or Scenarist accepting your MPEG streams.
I and the rest of the Doom9 team are here to help you with this if you wish to try it, just so long as you don't expect to be spoon-fed! ;) (i.e. read the relevant Doom9 guides first)

Good luck.
