When I rip a DVD using DVD Decrypter, in the stream processing section where it lists the various tracks that you can keep or discard, sometimes there is an entry for "forced" subtitles, in addition to one for "normal" subtitles. What are the "forced" subtitles? Does this have anything to do with when they show a translation on the screen when one of the characters talks in a foreign language, like in Blackhawk Down?
