making dvd's of series

hello,

i have some dvd's like this.

vts.01.0
vts.01.1

vts.02.0 ==> first episode
vts.02.1
vts.02.2

vts.03.0 ==> second episode
vts.03.1
vts.03.2
.
.
.

i follow trilight guide. but i have a lot of problems doing dvd's like this, ifoupdate doesnt work etc. so it is very long do encode each vob seperatly, here comes my question: if I choose this way, will it work?

1- choose all vobs in dvd2avi like 2.1 2.2 3.1 3.2 ...
2- make dvd2avi project
3- creating an avs file with filters
3- putting in cce (without chapters)
4- than subripping for all subs above
5- authoring all of them to a vob file like a movie.
6- burn

is it possible to create a dvd like this? i dont want to deal each eisode, spending hours on them.

use DVDDecrypter on stream mode and extract the m2v and ac3 for each VTS, then use CCE to do a batch encode of each of them, then do the authoring.
