I burned movie on a DVD-RW. I took this RW to my friend which ripped the movie without problems, then tried to erase RW so he can burn another movie for me on that same RW. He couldn't erase it.
Then he gave me back this RW which I thought is defect. Then I tried to erase this RW and it erased fine, but PRIMO reported error everytime I tried to burn something on it. OK, then I read the thread where some mentioned to try and burn with NERO. I tried and burn went fine, but the disc was totaly unrecognizable even in burner. Now I was almost shore it was a defect RW. Then I did full erase, Pioneer A03 was making some strange noises, but erase eventually finished. Then I tried to burn in PRIMO but same error just when started writing to disc, NERO again burned "fine", but RW was unreadable. Now I'm shore it is a defect, but, :D then i quick erased in PRIMO and I could even wright in PRIMO, now RW works fine in my Pioneer DV 444, and can be easily ripped in Pioneer DVD 116 and A03.
Hope you get this cause it's kind of a veeeeeeeery long story and I shore don't, get it, I mean.
