Removing One Chapter

I want to remove one chapter from a movie that contains some scenes that I don't want the kiddies to see - the rest of the movie is just your basic violence. I am leaving the film in the original dvd format encoding etc. Is there an easy way to do this? I see ifoedit can delete playback - how can I use that for chaptrers as opposed menus?
