DVD Cover Catalog on SVCD ?

I've d/l dvd covers for my svcd collection . Is there a way
I can make a svcd/vcd that will allow me to flip through
my catalog of these jpeg's on my stand-alone by switching
chapters ?

Using Nero , chose svcd , dragged and dropped
jpeg's and now I have my SVCD cover catalog on
a svcd . COOL!!!

Got the covers from http://www.cdcovers.cc/covers.php .
