How does the ac3 muxed with avi thing work?? ac3 files are larger than their equivalent mp3 so why does gordianknot encode it to to an equal or smaller file size in the end??

mux the AVI and the AC3 manually in NanDub.

Don't forget to enter the right delay, and to put 96ms on both interleaving and preload.
