problem with wmp 6.4 and zoomplayer when playing dual audio films

hi,

everytime i play a dual audio avi with ac3 sound the player keeps crashing when closing it.
zoomplayer keeps giving me alerts till i kill it with the taskmanager.

maybe the problem is the i have two ac3-codecs installed.
If this is the problem: how can i uninstall the second codec?
