What kind of settings do you use with QPel and B-frames?

Well, I'm quite new with XviD and I'm wondering what kind of settings you're using with QPel and B-frames?
And is there some kind of explanation (I mean some kind of guide) about Qpel and B-frames in XviD?

There's no guide yet as that code is in development and nowhere near finsihed. As long as it's unstable there's no need to document it too well.

A search would have helped you gathering some information about which settings the people here already tried and which results they got, those threads are even here on the first page of the xvid forum.

I don't want to copy that together now, so please look around a bit.
