i have been using dvd2svcd to make svcds for awhile now and have been disappointed but one thing; the sound quality. i realize that this is not the fault of the application. i was wondering if my problem with the sound quality could be related to using besweet as the audio encoder? if so could this problem be solved by using toolame? if i did use toolame i would then have to abandon using dvd2svcd, correct? or is the audio quality just a shortcoming of the svcd format and i should then, perhaps, try another format such as mpeg 4 using a different form of audio compression? i appreciate your time in reading this and all responses are welcome.

BeSweet mp2 encoding is based on tooLame. Raise the Audio Bitrate is all I can think of (and perhaps deselect 44.1->48.0).
