What's been implemented for Q-PEL?

Just a stupid question, but what has been implemented for Q-PEL?

MPEG4 industry forum has issued a technical corrigenda ISO/IEC 14496-2/DCOR2(E) which changes the way Q-PEL works.

The problem arose due to the reference model being different from the specification, so rather than change the reference model, they changed the spec.

May be an issue

Without knowing what's changed in the document, I can't really tell whether we're in line with it or not.

I doubt whatever's in it was taken into account though.
