Help!

I'm using DVD2SVCD and TMPGEnc instructions combination to create a VCD (not SVCD) but I dont'understand why the result is a strange file (Encoded_Video_TMPGEnc_PAL.mpv).
Why the file isn't a MPEG file? How can I create a perfect VCD?

I am closing this thread and asking you to read the forum rules, the stickies and the forum to learn how to post.

First you broke rule 9 by have a terrible and meaningless title.

Then you broke the rule about not reading the guides.

Goto www.doom9.org and read the DVD2SVCD guide.

Then read the Sticky of the Quick Guide and FAQ.

After you have done this if you still have a question then try and make a better post and we will try and help you.
