put 2 vbrMP3's together

Does anybody know a tool, which can put 2 MP3 files together?
I found many tools to split the files, but nothing to put them together.

In the audio faq's I only found the hint of DSPguru, to join files
with BeSweet and ac3-files, but he wrote, it's the same procedure with CBR MP3s. Will it also run with VBR MP3s?
Or did you mean another question?

you can join the VBR mp3's with BeSweet, and then fix the VBR Header tag of the result file with BeSplit.
