I've been reading that avisynth 2.06 has had some great improvements, can I overwrite the one included with gordianknot with out any trouble?
Thanks,

I don't think any integration testing has been done. That said, I've installed 2.06, and have not had any problems.

LanczosResize. The hard part is spelling it.

how do you find it? I've read it's clearer than sharp bicubic, but doing 1 cd rips usually I tend to stay on neutral anyway. It should be good on 2 cd rips though, whats the speed/quality like?

Slower encoding, but sharper than sharp bicubic. There's a thread or two about it over in the AviSynth forum.

Not much slower. Just a tad. 15% or so.
