Maestro: no corresponding subtitles found

I used subrip to create a .son file with the subtitles of Toy Story 2 (PAL format). I used the guide to do this. Now when I try to load the subtitles in Maestro I get the message: no corresponding subtitles found etc. The bmp's are in the same directory as the .son file. The directory reference in the .son file is correct. Subrip was set to PAL. The mpeg2 file created with CCE is ok and created with timecode 00:00:00:00. The project file in Maestro is set to PAL.
What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions?

I got it working. I'm not sure, but I think I forgot to drag the movie on the timeline.
