From the PC all works fine, Primo DVD play the disc without problem.
I forgot to done "get vts record" and adjust the number of title when I split the movie , could be that the reason of my problemS?

eXIST A WAY/PROGRAM TO be sure before to burn a DVD that the file are ok?

I tryed to burn the DVD without to create an immage , just put the directory VIDEO_TS in the DVD-R with the nero SW, what do you think about?

in the basic dvd guide there is a section saying:

Step 3: Final sector adjustments

To make the disc work on your standalone you must load any of the IFO files that are to be on your final disc, then press Get VTS sectors. This will adjust all IFO files and overwrite the old ones with the adjusted ones.

i know i'm not helping much but i'm also a noob, better said a pre-noob since i don't even have a DVD recorder :D :D :D
don't worry though, i have a feeling some of the "PROS" will help you out.

PC is able to manage file through a filesystem, and standalone only use physical address.
GET VTS Sectors just edit IFO to put correct sector adress for every file.
If you don't do it, it won't play in a standalone as files adresses will be wrong. In PC it's OK, the filesystem handle that.

One more "possiblity" is your filenames are in lower case. I had that problem once when I first started. Seems most DVD players are case sensitive, and will *ONLY* read filenames that are in all caps. Just a suggestion...
