import directly a m2v file in tmpenc

I'm new in this forum.
Now is possibile, in the latest version of tmpgenc, import directly file .m2v to encode, but with new movie I have a problem with audio synch when I authoring the new dvd.
Cuold I import a tmpgtemplate from ifoedit in tmpgenc when i import .m2v file?

try importing the m2v and ac3 muxed together into tmpgenc, rather than the m2v by itself (if you arent already doing that)
