Is there a way to record a Real Video File to AVi or some other format that I can edit?

hi,
u can use "EO Video" it convert real video to .avi or .mpg file. i think "tinra" can do this work but i am not sure it work with the latest real video format.

Thanks, I downloaded and tried but every time I tried to convert I crashed. I am using XP. Is there another program? Could it be frame served. I just need this in a format I can save.
