I currently using Avisynth 1.x. Do I have to uninstall it first before installing 2.x. Or can I have both version in my PC?

Quick answer to both questions:NO ;)

Still, I would recommend that you manually remove v1.x before installing v2.0.6, just to make sure that you get a clean install.

v2.0.6 is so stable and full of novelties that there is no longer any reason for keeping old v1.x copies lying around any more.
