I'm just converted an asf- file to avi with tmpg
it seems to work fine but i got a strange CPU usage...
for the first 50 % of the job only ~30% of the CPU power were used until he counted up all the frames in the upper right corner! the following 50% were finished in a few seconds but using full CPU power... in the status field on the bottom he says that he's always doing the same job...
just out of czuriosity:
any idee why?
