DVD Decrypter error

I'm trying to decrypt the Scarface Collector's Edition and i want to put the whole dvd on my HD, but on the trailer vts (VTS_02_1.VOB), it keeps stopping at 70%. It just keeps saying Extracing Sectors and Authenicating something or other. Anyway i also get this error on SmartRipper. Is it my DVD? I can't see any scratches on it.

Ok I found the problem but i don't know how to get by it. IS there a way to decrypt or extract a .vob file but from let's day sector 300000- 399999 and then leave out a couple and resume at 400005- the end?

It seems that my dvd won't play a couple of secs and i want to extract it but it just hangs up at the messed up part.
