What's new:

RTP plugins for player.

H.263 (mpeg4 short headers) supported by ISO decoder in player
Mpeg2 transport stream reception in player
Work on SDL audio for smaller frame sizes
GLIB and GTK 2.0 detection and changes
Fixed some player RTP bugs:
- continue sending RTCP while paused. This will keep RTSP session open
When have mpeg2 half-D1, convert to full-D1 for playback.
When receiving a forward stream from DSS, don't stop right away.
Fixed raw audio endianness in mp4live, raw audio. Added raw audio hinting
to mp4creator (L16 format).
Added .mpg file to .mp4 conversion, hinting of mpeg1 and mpeg2
according to RFC 2250 (see note on quicktime compatibility in README).
Fixed BIFS/IOD according to ISMA Corrigenda
For SUN, fixed xvid to take correct WORDS_BIGENDIAN define from config.h

Some notes from Bill May at mpeg4ip.net: "We're starting to run toward a 1.0 release. To that effect, I will be updating CVS only when there is a major problem. Unless I suggest CVS as an option, please use the tarball. I'd imagine that mid-October is when the 1.0 release will be cut. If you have suggestions about what the 1.0 release should contain, please feel free to contact us."
