Hi guys.
I am doing some research on memetics and I'm using various sites to get information. of one of them, im using newscientist.com and I'm looking for an offline browser or some program that will cache pages and download them to a folder I choose and that can go through sites that require a password.
like in newscientist.com, in order for me to get the articles I want from the archive there, it requires me to enter a username and password, which I have, and when entered, takes me to where I can do my searches, etcetera. but I would like to browse through my searches locally and in one spot. I want to zip up the folder with my research pages and send it to all the members in our group.
so far the i've tried several offline programs and they all seem to just take me through site with a page at the other side of every link that asks for my user name and password. I already have the uname and pwrd but how can i make it to like browser through using it.
I need something that browses through and caches, makes all the links local, the sites as I browse through them.
