I realize I should have a little more knowledge than what I do before posting such a question but I felt this to be the most apprioate place:
I have a copy of a DVD coming that is very hard to get your hands on it will contain approx 7 gigs of data split across 2 DVD's I do know that the limit for consumer burning will limit me to approx 4.7 gigs per disc, After I have extracted the vob's and IFO's from these 2 disc's my question is are IFO's similar to a cue file (cdrwin) in the sense that they are index files and if so is it possible to modify them? If not once I have the vob's is it possible to make my own IFO files or whatever file it is that tells the menu to point to a specfic vob? What I am trying to do is still use the menu's that will already be setup or as close as possible to reataing the orginal menu's.I realize I should have a little better knowledge than what I do before posting but if someone would be kind enough to point me to a link that would explain how to accomplish this goal it would be greatly appreciated!!
