Hi,
I heard that after you've peformed a DivX 5 first pass you can load it into gknot as a compressibility test. I was told that if you rename the log file to include the res it was encoded at (eg "film_640x480.log") it would load.

However, when I try this it doesn't work. Gknot's log box gives me an average quantizer value but says the compressibility check has failed. Am I doing anything wrong?
Thanks,
BluDChyLD

PS - What sort of guide can I use when judging compressibilty through the average quantizer value? I know that if it's around 2 thats great quality, what do you think the borderline value is for a good 1 cd rip? I'd say about 3.0-3.5 myself, most of mine are around that number.
