Image quality priority

What´s the best setting for this option ???
I´ve tried 5 and 25 in Lord of the Rings and the best is by far 25.
Anyone performed tests ???
In some movies the background is a litle fuzzy.

And do anyone uses Antinoise filter ???

I'm interested too in the setting to use and the influence factors you have to consider.
e.g. what setting for low bitrates?

Hello, in the Pal movies, i choose quantization factor 30, image quality priority 20, uncheck linear quantizer scale and change the bias in .ecl from 30 to 10. That´s work great from me, and that was the way i did LOTR.
