Just wondering if anyone has successfully used the RitekG3 media to burn XBox backups ?

I have successfuly used the following media on the xbox (for both games and movies):

RitekG1
Princo
Vivastar (fucken cheap crap but works ok)
WX

SO i'd presume you RitekG3's should be fine.

I'm using RitekG3 to backup PS2 games, and it is working very well. The PS2 laser is way more "selective" with media than Xbox's, so I think it will do fine...

Plays fine both games and movies, RitekG3 are IMHO the best buy on DVD-R media right now.

I just bought some Ritek's also, since I was having trouble with the generic media I previously bought. How can I tell from the description if Ritek is Ritek "G3"? I don't see this indication anywhere. Are all the Ritek brands OK? I ordered mine from AllMediaOutlet. Thanks

Its tough to get that info before buying - However I did notice some companies are making this info available now on their websites -

Check out this link - they actually list the Riteks as Ritek G03 -

I bought my 100 spindle from them and no problems
