Howdy,
Here is what I did.
Live capture using Ospry's vidcap32 to DIVX 5, using pcm for the audio capture 44khz, 16bit, 172 KBPS and audio is fine. Convert to MPEG using TMPEG, audio is fine. Created DVD structure using Ulead DVDFactory and now the audio sync is outta wack. In the begining of the VOB it is fine but it slowly gets worse till it is bad at the end. I am a newbie so don't assume I took all the right steps I was sposed to, let me know what I am missing.
