I am trying to backup a comedy series which contains 8 episodes.The problem is after vob 5 there is a copyright warning which I can't seem to get rid of.Also when I encode this movie the episodes after the copyright go way out of sync but play fine when each vob is played on its own.I've tried using cce ver 2.5 and tmp.Anyone got any ideas? Each of the episodes are very likely an individual PGC. Two things you could probably do.

1. Use SmartRipper to break the PGCs into individual VOBs, and encode from those.

2. Use DVD2AVI on the existing VOB set. But set the start and stop point to to the beginning and ending of each section. Then use AVISYNTH to feed the result to the encoder.

The easiest and best way is to use VobEdit to break up the vob's to cell id's.The copyright warning is always a cell id so it's easy to get rid of.
