Capturing problem

I´m comparing a certain frame of a movie which I encoded with RV9 and WMV9. As a player I use Media Player Classic and capturing software is HyperSnap DX version 3.64. The problem is that I can´t capture a proper RV9 frame but just an empty frame. With WMV9 it works fine. How can I capture RV9 frame with HyperSnap or is there any other software that can do it?
