What would make a good science fair project?

Hey guys
I was wondering what I could do for my science fair project. I was thinking I could do a commparison of the current video and audio codecs. I could also do something like the effects of the bitrate, and at what level the bitrate is so low that the movie is unviewable.

Do you guys have any other ideas on what else I could do?

I'd rather play with non-Newtonian fluids (http://ideaplace.org/Sci9/Sci9Labs/Slime.html) than look at a codec comparison.

Play with a ball of it (the pressure will keep it solid), and when you give it to someone it turns into a pool of ooze in their hand.

Thanks for that little bit of info. But I really wanted to do something with video codecs and have people understand a bit more about what they download from the internet.
